Don't want to waste too much time. Will Lion work on my laptop?

Dell 15R 2Gen
Intel Core i5-2410M processor
6GB DDR3
AMD Radeon HD 6470M - Seymour XT 512MB (Dual)/ Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
640GB 5400 RPM SATA Hard Drive
Intel Centrino Wireless-N1030

Was researching and I saw that my wireless adapter and graphics card aren't supported, I don't know how true this is. Can anyone inform me please.
