Mac for Xcode Development!

need to build a mac for xcode programming.
having a tight budget...
planning to go for i3 8100 as procey

kindly suggest me a mobo as per the procy
and other parts... which allows a smoooth mac installation..

mobo = gigabyte b360m chipset
ram= 8gb ddr4

will it be good enough for the cause?
