Assuming you already installed, and didn't make mistakes... you can start working on post-install.

Now my old hp (Elitebook 8570w) work perfectly, but without wifi
 
In my Zbook G3 i can't install because i get the error
Window Server Service only ran for 0 seconds
 
I still could not get started high sierra,
i use this boot flag:
kext-dev-mode=1 dart=0 nv_disable=1 -disablegfxfirmware PCIRootUID=1...

some help?

(Note: PCIRootUID=1 is wrong).
 
I successfully installed sierra in my ZBOOK G3... but the graphic card not work efficently...
now download nvidia driver:
378.10.10.10.20.109 macOS 10.13.1 High Sierra
Any suggestion ?

you probably have intel hd530 graphics and won't be bale to install nvidia as that is probably optimus and not supported
