Mac Compatible?

He fellas.
I finally took the plunge and bought a MacBook when my last PC laptop went pop.
Why oh why did it take me so long to tray a Mac?

I was wondering if my desktop would dual boot using seperate HD's?
I would love to make it only Mac but I have bought software for the PC for business.

My spec is as follows:

CPU: i5 2500k
Mobo: Gigabyte Z68XP-UD4
GFX: Nvidia Gforce GTX 760

Is there any other info that is pertinent?
