Hi all,
I did the 10.6.7 update today and everything went fine. However, when i ran Multibeast 3.4 in order to install the native display drivers, I ran into trouble. I checked System Utilities and the new graphics drivers, but when I rebooted, I lost my right (primary) monitor, which is connected via DisplayPort. I have a 1GB reference-design Gigabyte HD 5770, so I'm not sure what went wrong. I restored, re-ran the update, then reinstalled MultiBeast again, but this time chose to also install the latest Kabyl Chameleon bootloader. Also no dice- same problem.
The system seems to recognize that the cable is in place (as it doesn't revert to a single-screen setup), but all I get is black screen on my RH monitor.
Any ideas?
Garth
