Loop booting install Gigabyte H97-N WiFi El Capitan

Hello,
Trying to build a Hackintosh for my son, I meet a problem while trying to install El Capitan from USB to SSD.

GigaByte H97 N WiFi (Bios 8, then ß9)
i5
8Go Ram
No video card
ssd 256G
El Capitan 10.11.5 (1.7.46)
Unibeast 6.2

I've tried with several USB storage keys, Cables (hdmi and dvi)

This is what I did

Format a 16g usb, guid, 1 partition, osx extended, named USB
I ran unibeast 6.2 with OS X installer 10.11.5 : UEFI mode, El Capitan with no optional graphic drivers
Corrected the bios as written in El Capitan guide
Then I can reach the clover boot window and when I select External, the apple white logo appears a few seconds, then a little flash in the top left corner (texte, probably) appears, just before a black screen and a reboot…
Verbose mode is not reachable…
Does anybody have an idea?
