So since I have a new GPU my 970 is just under 3 months old I am able to use EVGA's step up program to get a 980TI. I want to know is it that hard to do an upgrade on the GPU? I know the 980 and Titan from EVGA are listed as working so do you think I will have an issue with the 980TI? Thanks for your help.

My understanding is that the latest webdrivers from Nvidia already supports the 980Ti/Titan X architecture. So it should be a simple matter of swapping the old card for the new one.

if the process is like when i moved from GTX 760 (with webdrivers) to GTX 970; I would recommend you re-execute the webdrivers installer after the first boot just to make sure ...

This is what I think .. reality could be different
