I've been looking for the smallest case that can breathe well and still host a decent GPU. I expect it to hold:
  • M-ITX motherboard with 65mm+ height heatsink
  • SFX power supply (Corsair SF600)
  • dual slot half height GTX 1050 ti video card.
  • no heat issues.
  • roughly 270mm by 180mm by 135mm
Anyone make one like that or will I have to build one myself? Nothing I find on Google seems to meet my expectations

This case is larger but it can hold an SFF power supply and a dual slot graphics card. You could even use a full height 1050 Ti in this case if you want to.

I don't know of any 270mm x 180 x 135 case that can do all these things. Just not enough room.

You're asking a lot from your little case there ;).
One case that I can think of is the NCASE M1 but having had a look at all the cases out there, each one seems to have a compromise, be it GPU Compatibility or heat dissipation etc...

If you can live with the limited availability (though OC UK and CaseKing have some right now), price, and the 7L instead of 5~6, the Dan A4 SFX should satisfy your needs. In fact I received mine yesterday and finally booted my new Hackintosh installation in it tonight, with a full length 1060. :)
