Logitech C310 and 10.7.2

i bought logitech c310 yesterday but having troubles with working it. i tried macam but it didn't help either. facetime doesn't recognize the device. only mic works under the system preferences menu.

is there anything i can do to work it with the mac apps? thank for your help.

My C310 was recognized on all systems that I tried it on (under 10.7.2/.3 & 10.6.3). Have you tried a different USB port?

There are however some strange issues with the microphone; it never works straight away (i.e, first Skype call or sound recording after a fresh bootup). One has to change the ‘‘format’’ setting in ‘‘Audio MIDI Setup’’ for it to work; otherwise the recorded sound is jittery.
