Location cannot be determined in maps and Siri

Hi Someone please help me, My Machine is Acer Aspire 15 573 32jt running high Sierra 10.13.3. I have installed pci wifi which is BCM94352Z DW 1560. Both wifi and bluetooth everything working fine including handoff airdrop etc. But my Maps or Safari or Siri cannot determine my location. The Maps says "Maps cannot determine current position" and also Siri cannot determine location. Please help me.

Enable location services for those features, system preferences, security and privacy, privacy tab.

Location services are already enabled

Well I can only think of two things, your wifi isn't working properly or you haven't enabled iMessages properly, can you log into iCloud and iMessages?

My Wifi is working perfectly I am writing this post when my wifi connected to my iPhone

Then what about imessages and icloud, can you sign into them?

my Acer Hackintosh is logged to Icloud and sadly activation error on iMessages

Until you clear up the iMessage error, Siri is not going to work, possibly Maps also.

Siri is working fine..but only location is not working in all application..I am wondering what iMessages do with location
