Loading Operating System......

So I have my build together.
Gigabyte ga-z68ma-d2h-b3 motherboard
Core i5 2500k processor
1Tb western digital caviar green HDD
4x4gb ddr3 1333 MHz corsair xms3 memory
And an old data DVD burner.

I pop in the iboot disk and all I get is "loading operating system........._"

What am I suppose to do with that?

Prob solved.. Just burned it on a windows machine... Now I keep getting osx cannot be installed on this system.. Right after I select the language. Hmmm

Did you set your BIOS correctly?

Did you format the HDD before install?

Are you using a IDE DVD drive?

I set IDE to AHCI. I set HPET to 64bit..
I am using an old sata ii hard drive I had sitting around.
My DVD is sata aswell

Set the DVD drive as first priority.

would having a USB of snow leopard affect this?
And my first boot device is my DVD drive.

Are you using a USB stick with SL on it?

iBoot is ONLY supposed to work with optical drives NOT usb sticks.

If you want to use a usb stick you are better off using Unibeast for Lion using a mac/hack to create it or the purchase of the RETAIL SL DVD.
