Sleep/wake might be related to your iGPU (any displays attached to it?).

My problem is that the ethernet (i219v, using IntelE1000e.kext) isn't working after wake, and sometime even unable to wake the computer up, so I don't think it is related to anything about GPU or display...

By the way, I'm using Dell P2416D with SwitchResX working in 1080p HiDPI mode.

The image attached is the screenshot of 'Network' in Preference Panel and ifconfig. "乙太網路" means Ethernet in Chinese.

Thanks for your helping.

I finally solved the problem!
I reinstall OS X and use IntelMausi.kext instead of IntelE1000e.kext. Everything works well even after sleep/wake. I still don't know what happened to the previous installation, but at least my hackintosh works now. Thanks a lot for your helping.

nice and detailed guide,
i am planning to get this mobo because sleep/audio/lan is working 100%, and seems is almost perfect hackintosh.
i'm gonna build my hack with
Asus Z170M-Plus
I7-6700K
32 gig of ram (16x2)
GTX960
2tb hdd for storage and and an ssd drive as system disk

2 questions:
does the sleep/wake needs a script to enable audio/lan, etc, or it works ootb?

i'm planning to get a samsung evo 850 m2 500gb disk,
will the m2 work ootb or it need tweaks/modded kext to work (of course at full speed)?

@snam11: Audio/LAN is working fine after sleep/wake without any tweaks.

The Samsung Evo 850 m.2 is running on SATA, so it should be OOB, too. :)

I use the Samsung EVO 850 m.2, it works OOB.

good to know, i thought NVMeGeneric.kext was needed to enable the m.2, but probably is needed just for m.2 NVMe SSD.

thanx!

Yes, the NVMeGeneric.kext is need just for M.2 NVMe SSD blades.
