Lion Installed Successfully but no sound

After hours of trying to get lion to install I got it but now I have no sound even after checking the options in multibeast any idea? I have an ASUS P8PZ68 V-Pro board any ideas?

Uncheck AppleHDA roll back and keep the other 2 also select to repair permission and rebuild caches under system utiities and install then reboot.
