I installed Lion using the unibeast method on a GA-H55M-UD2H and a 9500gt Graphic Card.
The System previously was running SL perfect. The installation went smooth and then I reboot in order to install the multibeast. I installed only the Audio kexts, ethernet, DSDT, and system definitions.
It does not boot and it stays forever at [Pci Configuration Begins]
At boot.plist there is this flag
Code:
<key>Kernel Flags</key>
	<string>npci=0x2000 darkwake=0</string>
that is suppose to fix this error but not.
I did the installation twice but the same error again.
It boots only with the flag -F.
Any ideas?

Re: Lion Boots Only With -F

Code:
flags: -v (verbose) -s (single user mode)
18 -x (safe mode) -f (ignore caches)
19 -F (ignore "Kernel Flags" specified in boot configuration file)

There are two flags in your config. Maybe the error is only at one of them. Try it, before removing both of them.

Re: Lion Boots Only With -F [SOLVED]

I remove them both and it worked!

Thanks

Yes it is a reason to be there. To fix the [Pci Configuration Begins] error on Sandy bridge systems. The point is that this is installed automatically if you select user DSDT at multibeast for Lion. I think it is wrong because at non Sandy Bridge MoBos, it creates the the error that is supposed to fix at SB MBs.

So I do not know what do you mean "removing them is not the answer" and what do you think I should find if I search the forum?

No, you are wrong, it is not fixing an issue. It is about to wake on lan, and what components will work after sleep.
And I do not need it. Anything else?

The meaning of this forum is not if we are happy or not, it's about if it is working or not.
Apparently this flag cause problem to my set up, right?
And it is not for the type of my Mobo, right?
So I removed them, (just before you answered at the first time, and I thanked you for your answer) and it worked.

So, I am asking you again, what did you mean by saying this?

Can you explain it to me?
