Lifehacker P7P55D LE Safe mode only? kext issues?

Hey guys im a noob and my build is based of the lifehacker eight step build

The problem is i can only boot using safe mode. Regardless of what version of osx im booting from[/color][/color]

10.6.3 install cd, update combo 10.6.8

Ive tried multibeast 3.8 dsdt install and the easy install, as well as the custom kexts in the video @ lifehacker.

Hardware:
Asus p7p55d LE
i7 870
4g ram
Ati 2600 xt

Bios:

Storage config AHCI
Jmicron Chipset AHCI
Suspend Mode S3 only

I did exactly what the video told me to do, except for running in safe mode.
Ive installed different types of kexts based on other forums, and constantly run into osx getting stuck on the apple screen or crashing because i installed the wrong thing.

So i would like to ask is anyone out there have the solution im looking for?

Thanks for the link, didnt help too much though, more people with problems than solutions

Ive realized that following the video tutorial, some kext in the post install is causing my computer to have a kext panic. But then my system sleeps and locks.

So now i have to reformat my drive and try again for the forth time

Im beginning to think it might be my graphics card, or the 10.6.8 update?
But definitely suspicion to the sleep kext

Running out of ideas and solutions.

Ive looked around the web and still no solid answer to the safe mode issue.
