Lenovo z580 update to 10.9.2 but appleHDA can't work well

recently，I upgrade to mavericks 10.9.2 and try to make my ALC269 working with the new AppleHDA 2.6.0 but failed ! it could make sound but not stable, sometimes , the sound get bad noise!
However, the older AppleHDA 2.3.0 could working well. I don't known why ? is there any problem in 10.9.2 with the power management that make the new AppleHDA not work ?
in other hand, appleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext is not loaded in the system, but my Mac OS can also load in ! I do not use any nullPowerManagement.kext or asusAICPM patch in clover .
My English is poor,Maybe,I do not describe my problem well!
is there someone who has the same problem and could work out with it ?? Please give me some advice ! Thank you
