Can i able to Install "EL Capitan" Os on this system or not?

and if YES than what to do for install and which things are requirement
which config.plist requirement
and DVMT-prealloc require in this system or not?

and can i install 2 Os Dual boot in this system?

NOTE:- i know basic pre-technique how to create bootable pen format and reach to install and install Os
