Hello,

I have a Lenovo Yoga 700 with the following specs -

Intel core m5

Intel® HD Graphics 515

Im able to boot from the USB installer and I can boot from my external hard drive thats imaged with 10.11.5 without issue other than some chop of the graphics.

Unfortunately the SSD doesnt show in disk utility or terminal. I looked on the windows side and it appears to be booting with ACHI.. It's not listed in the bios so I cannot confirm with certainty.

Any suggestions on how to get my SSD to appear so I can format it?

Also interestingly enough the touch screen is working with the OS X installer and in OS X. Does OS X include drivers for touch or is that bundled in with Unibeast?

Be sure to read the guide carefully...

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.

Reading the guide very thoroughly helped and I would suggest anyone with similar issues give it a good read over.. Possibly twice!

I was able to get this to boot using the latest version of Clover and 10.11.5.
I used unibeast to create the installer then added
FakeSMC.kext: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-FakeSMC-kozlek
VoodooPS2Controller.kext: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Voodoo-PS2-Controller
HFSPlus.efi
SATA-100-series-unsupported.kext

I used the basic config.plist that clover loads with unibeast.

When installing onto the internal SSD I had some issues getting clover configured the same way as unibeast did so I just made a copy of the EFI folder from the USB installer and replaced the EFI folder on the internal drive and wah la it's now booting as expected and touch screen is working but no trackpad. I'm using a bluetooth Magic Mouse for in the mean time.

I get some graphics chop when logging in (reminds me of safe boot) anyone have suggestions on getting the intel 515 to work better?

Also is there an application that would help me find out what airport card I have installed? All of the tech specs don't show which wireless card is installed.

If you use a proper config.plist, set DVMT-prealloc as required, you should have working graphics...

Can you link any guides to which config.plist to use or how to generate my own? Also I've never set DVMT-prealloc can you link any guides to that as well?

I have heard that the Core-M CPU's have horrific graphics corruption under macOS. You need the Yoga 700 with Skylake + HD520 :)

I have a couple of Core M systems here (one Skylake, one Kaby Lake).
HD515/HD615 graphics on them works just fine...
