Hello,
I'm sorry to write about that because there's already a lot of posts about it,
but I have Lenov Y50-70 / i7 4720hq / gtx 960m 4Go / HD 4600 / ssd 512 , with the UHD screen.
It's brand new, and i thought i was buying the ful HD screen but they sent me that UHD...
I'm an absolute beginner, I've watched a lot and a lot of tutorials, and read a lot of posts about making it an hackintosh. But I wasn't expecting that UHD problem.
So I read a lot oh posts about the UHD, changing the memory allocated to 128 Mb in the bios,
but the truth is that I don't understand a thing. I don't know where and how I should begin.
In fact every post brings me to another post, and finally I turn around in those posts.
I checked, the bios version of my lenovo is 3.03
Could someone help me with that? In fact I didn't understand if that memory allocation should be mattered at the beginning and in the bios, or if there are some steps in the bios, and som other steps in the post-installation.
I thank you for your answers, and sorry for my english, i'm french...
Thanks!
Max
