Hi all, I'm considering creating a Hackintosh on Sierra/High Sierra with a recent build I purchased for around $400. I'm mostly a Linux guy, but I've never used OSX and would like to give it a try. I understand this process might not be easy, but I'm up for a challenge.

256gb SSD
32gb RAM
Intel HD Graphics 4000
I've found several threads discussing the W530, however most of them are pretty old, and I don't understand the process enough yet to understand how applicable they still are.
I'm fine with using USB WiFi.
These two threads appear to be the most informative:

Would RehabMan's guide for the U530 on High Sierra help me at all?

Any tips or comments are appreciated.
Thanks!
