I followed the clover guide to install macos 10.12.4 and used the config_hd620 plist.
DVMT should be set to 128mb but the kernel panics (untitled.jpg in attachments).

Then I figured I'd try the minStolenSize patch but it eventually gets stuck on an apple logo with a progress bar and the cursor.
(<key>Disabled</key><false/>; <key>ig-platform-id</key> <string>0x12345678</string>; <key>IntelGFX</key> <string>0x19168086</string>)

For some reason the installer booted the second time I tried but it didn't work and got stuck at 7 minutes remaining and the last 2 lines from installer log said there is no native mechanism to verify installinfo.plist and that it retrieved com.apple.installer.info.

Now i'm back to the apple logo with a cursor.

cpu is i5-7200u
ipgu is hd 620
screen resolution fhd.

EmuVariableUefi-64.efi is missing from your drivers64UEFI.
It is often needed on Skylake and later.

Thank you, I missed that! However, I'm now stuck on "About a minute remaining" for 2 and a half hours already. I'm installing to a 256GB Samsung CM871a MZNTY256HDHP M.2-2280-SSD. I can see the installesd and installer.info were copied to the drive but there is nothing else on the logs afterwards. I used the createinstallmedia method to prepare the USB.

Your setup looks ok but you have some unneeded kexts.
From where did you download macOS?
On what hardware did you create your USB installer?

That's good. It's downloaded from the App Store BUT I created the USB installer on a VM since it was easier to get a hold of. Sorry. I can use a real mac tomorrow/the day after tomorrow. I will use it to recreate the USB installer and try again. I was already starting to think that could be the cause. Should I also remove the unneeded kexts?
Thanks

This is from the guide...

Note: DO NOT use a VM to create your USB. VMs are known to create invalid/corrupt USB installers. Use real hardware to create your USB installer.

And yes... remove kexts that are not recommended for the installer...

After struggling for hours I could finally complete the installation and see the hard drive listed as a boot option in clover. I used the basebinaries clone method to create the usb installer because usb installers created with createinstallmedia would get completely stuck before completion. Now I'm trying to boot from the hard drive but getting an error message about the igpu and the computer restarts just a moment after that... Are there any special boot flags I need to use?

EDIT: also my setup has changed a bit. I installed windows on the SSD drive and added a second 500gb HDD into the system onto which i installed Sierra.

You forgot SATA-100-series-unsupported.kext (as per guide). Add.
Also, no need for FakePCIID kexts in Clover/kexts/Other. Remove.
The guide recommends OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi instead of OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi.

The message regarding the IGPU is expected due to the invalid ig-platform-id.
