Lenovo Thinkstation S30 (model 4352)

I need help getting powerManagement and USB 3.0 working. I have Lenovo Thinkstation S30 with AMD 7750 and 128GB ram running fine except that USB 3.0 does not work and powerManagement seems off. CPU is always running at 1.2 Ghz which is way below normal base of 3.7Ghz. Turbo I never seen it use either which is 3.9Ghz. I attached debug files for clover and IOReg.

For power management try enabling KernelXCPM in your config.plist - Kernel and kext patches.

You have way too many USB ports which exceeds the OS limitation.

With the kernelxcpm it reboots right after the first 15 textrows of the bootprocess where all the dots are.
