Lenovo Thinkpad T430s, working on it, help needed!

Hello!
Want to share some experience in installing and ask for some help
My laptop is Lenovo Thinkpad T430s
The spec are:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3520M CPU @ 2.90GHz
Memory: DDR3-1600 4GB x 1
Graphics: Intel HD4000 (8086:0166)
Audio: 8086:1e20 (Really dont know anything about this audio controller) alc269vc
Ethernet: Intel 82579M
Harddisk: ST320LT007 (Seagate 320GB)

1. MacOS via UniBeast with GraphicsEnabler=no (GE=yes will make your screen black), boot from Unibeast usb
2. Some kexts and Chimera via Multibeast - FakeSMC, ApplePS2Controller, intel E1000 kext
3. Create and edit org.chamgeleon.plist, put there GraphicsEnabler=no
4. Reboot, boot from Unibeast usb (needed to fix gpt boot error). Fixed via tonymac manual http://www.tonymacx86.com/25-boot0-error-official-guide.html
5. After reboot, install ThinkUltraNav.kext to make properly work the touchpad + ultranav.
6. Add this to to yours boot.plist to make video card to work propely.

What's working right now:
-Video, 1600x900 QE/CI
-Ethernet Adapter
-Ultranav (but not FN+ keys like brightness)
-Webcam (OOB)
-Broadcom bluetooth
-Battery status (Voodoo battery - glitchy)
-Audio (not brilliant, but works with modified VoodooHDA) - mic, speakers, headphones (auto-detect)

What will never work and needed to be replaced:
-RTL8188CE bgn wireless adapter (Thinkpad Wireless adapter 1x1), replace it with AR9280 + bios with whitelist. But I stop working on this project because bios whitelist impossible without soldering out old eeprom (bios chip).

Help needed:
1. Need to edit DSDT to make possible FN+ keys and sleep works.
2. Kext for card reader. VoodooSDHC works bad.
3. Doesnt work USB3.0 ports

i want to get osx mountain lion got a genuine copy... but ur instructions are confusing, can u make them a bit more clearer, step to stpe please?

OK then how shall I begin everything?

Step 1: Create a Bootable USB Drive Using UniBeast?
Step 2: Install it? Can I create a partition and install it as I have Windows 7 from Lenovo already on there?

I don't know what to do after Step 3 and is this card okay?

Also, does Lan work fine as I will need to use Lan until this arrives.

But if you cold do the instructions it would be so helpful dude please? The only reason I'm asking is because I start University on Monday and really need something up and going. I'll donate something if you want?

I used 2.7.3 and i Have a lenevo Y570 how did you get the voodoo to not crash you said u did some manual stuff could u tell me?

Sry, manual stuff only for autodetecting headphones and microphone on 3.5mm jack. In my situatuin, it is working very stable.

Its not money problem. Its lack of time problem. Sry.

2. I dont know anything about installing on another partition because all my hdd is dedicated to macos.
3. Wifi card seems ok. Lan works just fine.
