Lenovo Thinkpad No Audio

I can't seem to get the audio working isn't no present in the settings. I provided a dump of the system files. Can you help me?

I've updated to the latest AppleAPCL kext and the audio works when I use external speakers via USB but other than that it's not showing up in my settings neither is my mic but it also works when I use external mic. I have been following this guide https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/an-idiots-guide-to-lilu-and-its-plug-ins.260063/#AppleALC but I don't see my Audio codec listed here https://github.com/acidanthera/AppleALC/tree/master/Resources is this the problem? My audio spec are.

HD Audio, Conexant® CX11852 codec, Dolby® Advanced Audio / stereo speakers, 1.5W x 2 / dual array microphone,
combo audio / microphone jack

Sorry but not sure I follow, what in the config.plist am I updating? I've looked at it but not sure as audio is specific to the specific machine.

it has new audio layouts for Mojave which is needed to make your audio work

Success I got it working following the guide above and installed the latest Luli and AppleAPCL kext and for Conexant CX11852 codec the layout-id is 3.
