Lenovo ideapad z710 High Sierra problems

I'm having a bit of problems getting High Sierra running on my ideapad z710.
I previously had Sierra running on it, I followed this guide.
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-wip-lenovo-ideapad-710s-13-kaby-lake.218911/page-1
Although it's for El Capitan, it still had good pointers and I managed to get Sierra running partly using this guide.

Now I'm stuck with the Installer on "DSMOS has arrived". I've downloaded the latest kext.
Spoofing CPU won't change, it will still hangs. I've tried different SMBIOS identifiers as well.

All help is appreciated : )

ps. attached the EFI folder for further examination

See guide:

Thanks RehabMan. I've read a lot about building a laptop hackintosh. I understand the fundamentals, but I just can't wrap my head around what I'm doing wrong right now. I've successfully build three desktops by reading from the forum and one laptop.

Thus I asked, if anyone could point me out to the right direction : )

Did you follow the guide as suggested?

If so, why no "problem reporting" files as per FAQ?

this EFI folder solves most issues as internal BT (detected but doesn't work),
DVD, HDMI external monitor & camera also works fine
card reader supported
WiFi supported w/ kext
osx 10.13.5 works w/ HD4600 graphics @1920x1080, 8171 Ethernet,
USB boot requires using USB2.0 connectors (right side of laptop)

BIOS settings: disable discrete graphics (nvidia 745 not supported),

edit: trackpad add ApplePS2SmartTouchPad.kext to efi/clover/kext/other
added lshw.txt & lspci.txt files

Hi RForcen, thanks a lot. I will check the content of your EFI-folder and especially config.plist to make mine work.
Happy happy joy joy! :)

just took an updated working high sierra HD (10.13.4) and replaced EFI, working like a charm!
PS. DVD, HDMI external monitor & camera also works fine
No card reader

IDT7695 is relatively common.
It is even one of the codecs supported by the ProBook repo...
