Lenovo has a Cyber Monday in July sale going on right now with some pretty good deals.

I’m looking to get a custom build of a Lenovo YOGA 730-15IWL. I’m not sure how easy it will be to hackintosh a lot of people are having problems UHD 620 graphics with Whiskey Lake CPUs.

My plan is to install High Sierra on the i7-8565U Whiskey Lake Laptop utilizing Nvidia GTX 1050 graphics. I’m not sure if it will work so I haven’t pulled the trigger yet. I have a post asking is anyone has attempted it. Am I crazy? High Sierra on an i7-8565U Laptop with Nvidia GTX 1050 graphics? If someone has I’ll give it a shot. Lenovo is running quite a few deals it might be worth a look.

You’ll have to swap out the WiFi Card. I already have one. I’m not sure if it will work but I’ll give it a shot. Prices vary. The a few different cards that work for hackintosh. I’m not exactly sure which cards are compatible with the YOGA 730-15IWL. The type of card slot and antenna connectors can vary from laptop to laptop.

It's been a long time since I did my hackintosh on my Dell laptop, but I'm pretty sure that there's no way to utilize the dGPU on laptops. I could be wrong, but I think you're stuck disabling the dGPU and only using the iGPU.

I wound going with the Yoga C930 14. Not as much bang for the buck. On the plus side it is 1 pound less to carry and navaira has done all the work for me.
