legacy usb support for older motherboards

does this version of unibeast contains legacy usb support for older motherboards?

because both usb mouse and keyboard doesn't work in / during the installer.

or am i missing something?

Problem is with El Capitan, it somehow different from Yosemite in this part, because if you try to install Yosemite with same exact way, it will work just fine. No solution for now.
