I have a Dell Latitude E6230. Specs are:
Core i7-3520M @ 2.90GHz
16GB DDR3-1600 SODIMM RAM
1TB Seagate Barracuda HDD
Dell DW1510 Wireless

I am attempting to upgrade my Dell Latitude E6230 (System described in profile) to High Sierra.
Every time I try to boot "macOS Install," I hang here...

My clover folder is attached as well. If anyone could help out, I would appreciate it!

I enrolled in the Apple Beta Software Program because yes, I do have a real mac. (Even if it's a potato)
I figured, why not give High Sierra a shot on my E6230, because after all, it should be compatible.

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html
The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.
Updated profile, thank you.
Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.
-Verbose photo updated
-Clover folder updated (I pressed F2 and F4)
-ZIP File attached with all the items you asked for in the Problem Reporting files.
A more in detail explanation:
Upgrading to High Sierra, open the app, restarts, I select "macOS Install" as boot volume, and it hangs on the verbose photo. (With ongoing ACPIBatteryManager warnings)
I hope this helps RehabMan!

Your FakeSMC.kext is very old.
Kexts in EFI/Clover/kexts/Other are not correct.
Read guide:
