laptop does not sleep

My laptop does not go into full sleep after i pressed the sleep button.

i get a stuck black screen but the fans keep spinning. i need to reboot when if i pressed the sleep button.

i have tried different bootflags & hibernation mode's but nothing seems to make it closer. can some one help me out with my problem?

i provided an problem report, and some screenshots of pmset -g & pmset -g assertions (not sure if it is needed but i have seen it on other threads)

Note: normaly my sleep does not get prevented by Chrome. but by other services i have seen multiple services preventing the sleep like "adressbooksync"
