Lan not working after wake OSX 10.6.8

Currently have the Realtek Gigabyte driver since the lynx2mac driver wasn't working at all even though that's what I was using before. Lan works great if I restart the comp but when waking from sleep it doesn't work. help please.

I have the exact same issue and I am using a Realtek ethernet controller on my GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 using 10.7.2. Anyone with a solution to this?
