Lag (freeze) High Sierra (Asus P6T SE, intel i7 930, amd 5870, ssd, 12gb ram)

Guys with high sierra with desktop specs (Asus P6T SE, intel i7 930, amd 5870, ssd, 12gb ram) i have problem.
High sierra sometimes freeze without reason and after 3-4 secs works. After that again freeze.
After install Multibeast again the same. Freeze for a while.
Please Someone help me.
(with older MacOS never i have problem)

p6t too old ****. Still use p6t on El capitan and I never tried for high sierra yet, but waiting a success case.
