KP with GA-Z68XP-UD3 and Mountain Lion.. Freeze at gray Apple Solution Found
Hello Everyone,
I'm a long time Hackintosher, 5+ Years, but this has got me stumped!
My build with the GA-Z68XP-UD3 motherboard has been solid for about a year running Lion using TonyMac's install method. I decided to upgrade to Mountain Lion over the weekend and ran into some issues that could not be fixed with searching the web for solutions, so it's time to ask for help!
Actually the upgrade from Lion didn't go too well so I decide to start fresh and reformat the drive, Crucial M4 256gb SSD, after saving all files.
Here's the computer specs: GA-Z68XP-UD3 / i7 3.49 GHz / GeForce GTX 560 2048 MB / 32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 / Crucial M4 256gb SSD / Bios v10
System will stall at the gray apple screen.
I can boot into the system/desktop using "-x" for a safe boot.
Here's the org.chameleon.Boot.plist:
<key>EthernetBuiltIn</key>
<string>Yes</string>
<key>GenerateCStates</key>
<string>Yes</string>
<key>GeneratePStates</key>
<string>Yes</string>
<key>GraphicsEnabler</key>
<string>Yes</string>
<key>Kernel</key>
<string>mach_kernel</string>
<key>Kernel Flags</key>
<string>darkwake=0</string>
<key>Legacy Logo</key>
<string>Yes</string>
<key>Timeout</key>
<string>2</string>
<key>UseKernelCache</key>
<string>Yes</string>
I not too sure what I'm reading on the KP screenshot or how to fix it.
Thanks!
