[solved] KP after Changed System Definition to Mac,mini

Gah, I had mountain lion working but decided to change my system definition from Mac Pro to Mac, Mini.

This is giving me KP and freezing in verbose at "System uptime in nanoseconds..."

any help on how to safe mode it back so I can change it back to Mac, pro?

safe mode isnt working either and is freezing at the same spot.

hey mate, That Sucks......

i have been booting into safe boot by hitting 2 (or 1 depending on options) after post and then going to HDD installed with OSX and typing; -x
then hit enter

- boot in single user mode (parameter "-s")
- "mount -uw /" (enable write on root)
- "sudo nano /Extra/smbios.plist"
- find string Macmini5,1 and replace with MacPro5,1
- "ctrl-x" to save and exit
- "reboot"
