Try disabling Siri. As the 'Knowledge-Agent' process is used by Siri.

I did disabled Siri ,same problem!

If you open Activity Monitor (Utilities folder) does the 'Knowledge-agent' process still show as being active?

Try Stopping the process, using the 'X' icon in the top left corner, select 'Force Quit' from the options presented.

Did you reboot your system after disabling Siri? I assume you used the System Preferences > Siri pane to disable Siri by unselecting the 'Enable Ask Siri' option.

How are you trying to get your system to Sleep, from the option on the 'Apple icon' drop-down menu?

If I put to sleep from menu is ok ..hack sleep with no problem , if I let hack to enter sleep automatic it doesn't,knowledge-agent is prevented sleep.if I force to stop knowledge-agent it start again ...
and yes did restart hack and reset nvram, did fresh install osx .. no apps installed ,just fresh.

What is the time interval of inactivity before your rig automatically goes to sleep?

It looks like there is an audio application playing in the background that might be preventing sleep?

I know about the audio.... knowledge-agent stay active 50-60 minutes from boot start, then is ok it dissapear, but first 50-60 minutes it prevents sleep, about audio, I play music while I'm looking after knowledge-agent to stop and I know audio is preventing sleep.if I stop music or any app, just normal boot ,knowledge-agent prevent my rig to sleep for 50-60min.

How is your systemwide power set? if you run this command in Terminal what does it show?

sudo pmset -g

My system is set as follows:

Try setting the sleep interval to something longer than the interval for your disks to sleep, ie try 15 min.

Then after 15 min or so, if it doesn’t sleep, type pmset -g log and look at the activity at the time when it was supposed to sleep (and make sure you quit your audio app before this test)
