Greetings from UGANDA

I have a Toshiba satellite c650-15M with the following specs:
Intel Pentium Dual-core CPU T4500 @ 2.30Ghz
6Gb Ram
vt-x not available in bios
Hyper threading not available

Am trying to install mavericks bt it stops on grey screen with apple logo and no spinning wheel below.
I have tried all boot-flags but no success and whenever I try to boot with -v or -s flags, I get a panic in the picture below.
I really need your help please friends, thanks.
