Hi everyone. I got it in my head that I wanted to do a hackintosh build and put together an i7 8700K, z370 Aorus Gaming 7, and EVGA Superclocked 1060, with 16gb of DDR4 RAM.
I am using my MacBook pro (running high sierra) to run UniBeast and install the a copy of High Sierra that I downloaded this morning, the UEFI Boot Mode, and nvidea drivers. I run the install and it takes nearly 30 minutes before telling me that it cant be completed. "copy of apfs.efi failed". It looks like a complete install when I go through it, but I am likely missing something. No matter how many times I have formatted the drive and then re-attempted to install the boot disk, it results in the same outcome.
Tips and tricks from the pro's?
