Keyboard and mouse not working at language selection screen

Trying to install High Sierra on desktop. Keyboard and mouse stop working on the language screen, i tried switching to usb 3 and usb 2, still nothing. Please help.

System specs
Motherboard : Asrock B360m tuf gaming
CPU : i5 8400
GPU : GTX970
Storage : Samsung evo 500gb SSD
RAM : Dual channel 2666

@jackbgreen, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard, CPU and iGPU or Graphics Card.
If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard (Mobo).

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.
