Kernel Panics GA-Z77X-UP5-TH i7 3770K - Is this a sound issue?

2 x 240 G Samsung Extreme SSD @ Raid 0
nzxt full phantom case
asus dvd drive
1 24" cinema display via mdp into IGFX HD4000

Been getting kernel panics:

A few will say something about power management, a few about hdaenabler etc.

Every so often my audio option of Display Audio via USB will disappear. Typically this happens when I unplug any peripheral, sleep, or restart the computer.

Upon shutdown the audio usually comes back, but only after multiple kernel panics. When it's restarted or put to sleep I rarely get kernel panics, but the audio becomes an issue.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the heads up. Any idea what is causing my kernel panics? My work flow currently needs as much time as I can get.
