Kernel panic Yosemite 0xffffff000041a46e

I get this kernel panic every now and then after a clean installation of Yosemite using unbeast after installation I used DSDT free option in multibeast

Sorry about that I really thought I already did that , I updated my profile
anyway here is my system

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1024 MB
MB: GA-Z77-D3H
Memory: 16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

I'm triple booting with windows 7 ultimate SP1 and Ubuntu 12.10 LTS provided each having its own HDD
so I need help with this I really hate this kernel panic ,thanks

I just searched through a few GTX 560 Ti posts and there is one stating that their build worked after changing the system definition to MacPro5,1.

Be aware that if you choose this route you must remove AppleTyMCEDriver.kext from /System/Library/Extensions or you will KP on every boot.
This is because the MacPro5,1 has ECC RAM which is served by the AppleTyMCEDriver.kext.

You may want to try the Search tool yourself for alternative solutions.

Try booting with -v -x -f

You might also try nv_disable=1
