Kernel Panic, Please help solve *FIXED*

Repair drive. Reformat. Clean install.

What is this Kernel Panic and how do I fix it. Please list in detail because i am not very good with this sort of stuff. I was receiving a kernel panic after editing my old bootlist to try and achieve QE/Ci with my Gigiabyte Radeon 6850 in Lion. So i thought I would do a clean install and after the installation I booted it up and immediately received this:

Please help me fix this. I would really appreciate it. I am getting very metered from building my Hackintosh because the errors seem to never end.

Also my cpu specs:
Intel I7-2600k 3.8 ghz
Gigabyte UD3 board
Gigabyte Radeon 6850
8 GB Corsair RAM

I also get to the white Apple and the spinning logo before this happens.

Hi. Did you every find the problem to this? It seems we have almost identical setup and I received the same problem too. Installed everything fine. Used for a couple of days then WHAM! Kernal Panic. I suspect reinstalling will fix but my real concern is will this keep happening and why?

Can somebody with a higher knowledge help with this?
