Kernel Panic on Install on HP Probook 450 G5 (8250U)

I need help. I am trying to install Mojave on a HP Probook 450 G5. I have followed the Rehabman guide for the HP Probook. I cannot find an option to disable the serial port. The second is a kernel panic, I took a video of it, but it scrolls through fast. I will try to take a video that can take slow videos and get back. I am attaching my efi folder from USB intall without the themes folder. Any help is appreciated.
