Kernel Panic on Boot - AppleHDA related?

I recently updated to Catalina and about a week after the update I've started having the weirdest issue where it will kernel panic on boot.

The only solution I've found is to boot into safe mode and use hackintool's "rebuilde KextCache and repair permissions". This will allow me to boot normally. But only for a while. It only works for 1-3 boots and then I have to do it again.

I've also tried looking at logs in the console to see what the kernel panic is from, but I only see logs from the most recent successful boot. So I resorted to pointing a camera running at 120fps at the monitor.

Based on what I got it looks like something to do with AppleHDA, but I'm not really sure what causes this kind of thing, cause I'm a noob

Here is what is going on right as the kernel panic happens. As you can see this stuff is scrolling so fast the LCD pixels can't keep up and there's major text ghosting on the image.

maybe zip and upload your clover folder so someone may be able to advise

also in terminal:

When I was zipping up the clover kexts folder I made the realization that there are a few kexts I have in both Libraries/Extensions and also in EFI/Clover/Kexts/Others. The duplicates are AppleALC IntelMausiEthernet and WhateverGreen. Could that be an issue?

The zipped contents of EFI/Clover is attached.

best to just have your kexts in clover/kexts/other will Catalina, remove the above in /L/E
 
Maybe I'm not understanding how it all works, but when I moved the kexts out of /L/E and just put them in clover/kexts/other that just resulted in the kexts not working at all
 
Update: It definitely is related to AppleALC.kext . If I use the boot arg -alcoff it doesn't kernel panic. Does that mean I have something configured wrong with AppleALC?

try an earlier version of AppleALC?
