The Kernel Panic Looks Like This!

I tried Cpus=1 and single user and also -x

What should I do?

I also get this with -v
if i remove the -v it just boots back into chimera. have you had any luck?

Install NullCPUManagement.kext then you will be able to boot.

I take it your BIOS is not EFI/UEFI supported?

you are correct. and i have and it doesnt work.

Ok so i've don't this before and I've searched the forum but I can't seem to Install Mountain Lion.
I've tried the UniBeast and xMove for Mountain Lion but I can't Install.

Right when the computer boots and Chimera boots, I choose the Installer (UniBeast or xMove)
and then it boots up to the Apple Logo for like a fraction of a second then it reboots.
I've tried many boot flags (-v -x -s GraphicsEnabler=No etc.)
and Ive removed AppleIntelHDGraphics.kext as well. and booted with arch=x86_64

My laptop is a Gateway NV79
intel core i3 330M
HD Graphics
4GB memory
500GB HDD

Everything works in OS X Lion
the wifi, sound, HDMI output (no Mirror)
Graphics (no QE or full resolution)
Webcam in FaceTime not PhotoBooth (No acceleration)

can someone Help me.
