Can someone please help .

I have spent nearly 3 months working on my build and finally managed to not only get OSX successfully loaded , I also managed to get The Audio and graphics working.

I then moved my tower in to pride of place in office and connected everything up and switched it on only to get this panic and now none of my system will work .

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It's OK figures it out myself. Turned out to be some sort of hard drive/ bootloader issue .

Formated drive and reinstalled 10.11.5 from usb. Got 3verything back , only trouble is I need to leave usb bootloader in otherwise it panics but I can live with that for now
