Kernel Panic after update to 10.10.3

Kernel Panic boot 10.10.5

Dear Moderator , are weeks that I try to install on my notebook or Yosemite El Capitan, following all the guides , but nothing done ; or kernel panic or black screen . Can you tell me who drives use my hardware ? Thank you
Intel core i7 5500U Broadwell - U
HP 2296 motherboard BIOS F.30 Insyde with few options
Ram 16GB
Intel HD Graphics 5500
NVIDIA GeForce 840M 4GB

I've tried with 10.10.5 an 10.11
