It was a security update from December but I don’t think it was a change of release of macOS. I already was on 10.13.6 since I didn’t have anything in Mac App Store update until yesterday....
I can’t boot nor in normal nor in safe mode.
I removed my nvidia card since the kernel panic goes around the moment it loads the graphic driver and choose in clover the nvidia to vesa option but nothing change.
Intel driver seems to be loaded according to clover option.
I don’t know what do to next....

I’ve checked the FS0 and FS1 backup efi in clover/drivers... and it seems okey

Apparently the update is addressing kernel memory exploit...
Édit: i have upload the screen I get in verbose mode
Any ideas please ?
Should I delete all kext one by one and see which one is causing the error ?

Boot your system in Verbose Mode and post a picture of your screen when it freezes/hangs.
At Clover Boot Screen press space bar and select Verbose (-v), set Nvidia to VESA (nv_disable=1) and Don't reboot on panic (debug=0x100).

Done
Tell me if anything else is needed

Unfortunately any relevant information has scrolled off the top of the screen.
Most people make a video of the boot process and extract the frames showing the kernel panic.

For what I can see but I’m not an expert, the system show the registers just after the appleIGB identifier for my I210. And after that a bunch of addresses and then the some dependencies and then the kernel crash log output....

About that, I wanted to ask you, where is the folder again with all the kext on fs1? In library ?
If you used MultiBeast the kexts are installed in /Library/Extensions
