Have to post this once again because it disappeared for a few days and now it shows up again.
After booting into High Sierra (and it works alright), an error message shows up and ask if I would like to send the report to Apple.
Here is the error log:

What's interesting here is that I am having a fresh install of High Sierra over El Capitan, yet it shows MacOS Version: 15G31. And I am having the latest FakeSMC build downloaded from Rehabman's website, but it shows an obsolete version 1394 being used.

I'd appreciated if anyone can give any advice.

We should call this the “deadbeef” error!

I see. It’s not kernel panic because the system boots up and runs successfully.
I have reported this problem before, but later it's gone after rebuilding kernel and kexts caches. Then it reappeared a few days ago. And now it’s gone again. Weird.

You probably have two different FakeSMC's installed. Look to see if you might have that file in more than one place. Check your EFI, then S/L/E and then L/E

Also, could you have actually installed HS on to the USB and not the HD? Just a guess, sorry I'm not much help.
