Kernel Crashing

Monitoring my CPU it appears to idle at around 55-60 Celsius and under load about 85 Celsius. However I am randomly getting kernel crashes even at 55 Celsius. Should I reinstall OS X? Is my PS not big enough? I am using the exact specs of build #4 on the recommended build list. Please help. It's been ok for a week then suddenly now its crashing every 20 minutes...

Reinstalled 10.7, still doing the same thing.

What is the crash log saying? I don't think it is a heat related thing.

It says "You must restart your computer"

Figured it out, it was Transmission causing the kernel panics.
