I I keep getting the kernal panic error. My setup is EVGA SLI P55, i3-550, GTX460, 1tb samsung HD ex windows pc, 4gb 1333 Ram, downloaded iBoot last week, OSX SL dvd 10.6.3.At first I had double kernal panic, then used this from the forums:
-v -x PCIROOTUID=1
now sl loads for a while then eventually kernal panics as follows:
panic (cpu 0 caller 0x2aab55):Kernal trap 0x002971c1 type 0=divide error, registers.....
debugger called ...
BSD Process name corresponding to current thread:Unkown
Darwin Kernal Version 10.5.0

Would anyone have any ideas? Much appreciated netsullivc

Hi I have since got past the error by resetting the bios to optimal defaults - seems happier now. Something different happens now, after osx has loaded for a while it asks me in six different languages to re-boot which I can't do without using iboot and goimng back to the start note I haven't formatted my drive yet) - how do I get past this?
Cheers
