Kernal Panic after ML Install.

I get a kernal panic immediately after trying to boot mountain lion after fresh install.....I tried single user mode, safe mode and verbose mode and nothing will get me into mountain lion......any ideas?

Heres a pic of the verbose screen if anyone could point me in the right direction to fixing my mountain lion install that would be great.
